Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber board
It is aluminosilicate fibre board. This product maintains good mechanical strength even after heating. Ceramic fibre board can withstand the high temperature of more than 1000℃. Referring to the specific data, even if the product with low density, it’s refractoriness can also reach 1260℃, this temperature is enough to melt the steel. And the product with a higher density, it can withstand more than 1400℃ high temperature, and can be used in coal-fired boilers. According to the working temperature, aluminum silicate ceramic fiber board can be divided into: general aluminum fiberboard, standard fiberboard, high purity fiberboard, high aluminum fiberboard and fiberboard containing zirconium, In addition to have the excellent performance of the corresponding bulk ceramic fiber, ceramic fibre board is hard, toughness and strength, has an excellent ability of wind erosion resistance , non-expansion after heating, light weight, convenient construction, can be cut and bend arbitrary.
